📋 Duplicate Marksheet Request

I, Rahul Sharma, son of Rajesh Sharma, beg to state that I was a student of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram and appeared for the Class XII examination conducted by CBSE in the year 2026.

My roll number was CBSE-2026-1234 and registration number was CBSE-REG-2026-5678.

I regret to inform you that my original marksheet has been lost/damaged. I have lost my original marksheet and need a duplicate copy for admission purposes.

I have attached a copy of my admit card and other relevant documents for your verification. I request you to kindly issue a duplicate marksheet at the earliest.

I hereby declare that the above information is true to the best of my knowledge. I am ready to pay the prescribed fee for issuance of duplicate marksheet.
