✏️ Marksheet Name Correction

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Rahul Sharm, son of Rajesh Sharma, a student of Class XII at Delhi Public School, do hereby request you to kindly correct my name in the marksheet/certificate.

My roll number is CBSE-2026-1234 and I appeared for the Class XII examination in the year 2026.

The reason for this correction is: Spelling Mistake

There is a spelling mistake in my name on the marksheet. The correct spelling is "Sharma" not "Sharm".

I have attached the following documents for your reference:

• Aadhaar Card (as proof of correct name)
• Original Marksheet
• Self-attested copy of admit card

I request you to kindly correct my name in the marksheet and issue a corrected marksheet at the earliest.
